Criteria for Curated Circle Membership Application:
Artistic Excellence: You should demonstrate a high level of skill, originality, and creativity in your work.
Professional Commitment: You need to show a strong dedication to pursuing art as a full-time career, evidenced by your past work and future plans.
Body of Work: You should have a substantial and cohesive portfolio that showcases your artistic journey and evolution.
Exhibition History: Previous participation in an exhibitions, whether in galleries, museums, or alternative spaces, will be considered.
Sales Track Record: Evidence of having sold artwork, whether through galleries, online platforms, or personal sales, is important.
Education and Training: Formal education in the arts or equivalent professional training and self-directed learning experiences will be valued.
Awards and Recognitions: Receiving grants, awards, fellowships, or other recognitions that validate your artistic merit is a plus.
Professional Development: Participation in residencies, workshops, or other opportunities aimed at developing your skills and expanding your networks is encouraged.
Marketing and Self-Promotion: Active engagement in marketing and promoting your work through social media, personal websites, or other channels will be considered.
Network Engagement: Involvement in art communities, networks, or organizations that support your professional growth is important.
Collaborative Spirit: Willingness and experience in collaborating with other artists, curators, or art institutions will be valued.
Vision and Goals: Clear articulation of your artistic vision and long-term career goals, demonstrating strategic thinking about your future, is essential.
Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and resilience in the face of setbacks and challenges will be considered.
Ethical Practice: Commitment to ethical practices in your work and professional interactions, including respect for diversity and inclusion, is important.

Our Curated Circle is by application only. We will select between 12 and 15 artists per cohort.
The fee is US$1350 per year, or three instalments of US$450 each.
What You Don't Need to Apply:
High Social Media Engagement Numbers: You do not need to have a large following or high engagement rates on social media platforms.
Solo Exhibition History: Having a history of solo exhibitions is not necessary. Group exhibitions or other forms of showcasing your work are also acceptable.
Formal Art Education: You do not need to have a formal degree in art. Self-taught artists and those with non-traditional educational backgrounds are welcome.
Extensive Sales Record: A long track record of art sales is not required. Emerging artists who are still building their market presence are encouraged to apply.
Representation by a Gallery: Being represented by a gallery or having gallery affiliations is not a prerequisite for applying.
Major Awards or Recognitions: You do not need to have received major awards or recognitions in the art world.
Publications or Media Features: Having your work featured in publications or media is not necessary for consideration.
Large Body of Work: A vast portfolio is not required. Quality and cohesion in your body of work are more important than quantity.
Extensive Network: You do not need to have an extensive professional network within the art world.
Established Collector Base: Having a well-established base of collectors is not a criterion for application.
